SITE INSPECTIONS

Video documentation of a particular location may be produced in support of variety of legal cases. They can be presented in courtroom, or during settlement negotiations.

Videotaped Site Inspections are especially effective in cases dealing with:

• Construction and Engineering
• Property Damage
• Environmental Issues
• Safety
• Accident Recreation

During the videotaped inspection, the site will be photographed from a variety of angles with focus on the main area of interest. The technician or inspector may be shown on camera taking measurements or testing the area. Brief statements related to their findings or conclusions, along with identifying information, may be recorded at that time.

To document a progress or change in conditions over time, a number of regularly scheduled site inspections should be considered.

All site inspections videotaped by Settlement Films will contain date and time of day information on the bottom section of the screen, the opening title identifying the location and production date, and information identifying all interviewed individuals. Upon request, the case information along with the name of attorney can also be included.

We'll take an extraordinary care to produce outstanding, well balanced images and crystal-clear sound. The unedited footage will be delivered on VHS tape. The original source will be archived and available for future videotape editing.
